THE COMPANY
This new circus company is born as a result of individual artistic research and comes to light through its recent show "Txoriak txori".
After 10 years as a member of the Cia. Circortito (Buenos Aires, 2006-2016) and participating in the best street theater and performing arts festivals in different countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, Argentina, South Korea ..., with his shows "DesPistaDos", "There is no 2 without 3" and "Good things come in small jars", delves into this new artistic adventure.
Sara Alvarez
spends part of his childhood between mats training artistic / sports gymnastics; As he grows, he begins to enter the world of acrosport (acrobatic goals) and begins his specific circus training in Vitoria-Gasteiz, within a juggling program of the Tae (Performing Arts Workshop). Once his artistic concern is awakened, he travels to Buenos Aires where he begins his advanced studies in circus at the Escuela de Circo Criollo, Escuela La Arena, etc., with specialties such as trapeze, acroports, verticals, hula hoops, clown, theater, etc. It is here when he founded the “Cia. Circortito ”, and combines his work as an artist with that of a teacher at the Circo Criollo School. Currently he teaches circus classes in the performing arts and circus spaces Zirkozaurre (Bilbao - Vizcaya), Txiribuelta (Vitoria-Gasteiz - Alava) and Zirkodomo (Barakaldo - Vizcaya).
